Photographer’s five-year tour of the British coast to capture amazing images dolphins at play .

Friendly dolphin Dave touches base with a man in his kayak in Folkestone, Kent Read

SPOTTING dolphins in our shallow waters is a rare pleasure, but their playfulness is an enchanting sight. In the case of Dave the dolphin, this involved larking around with canoeists and even enjoying a game of catch with a swimmer, using a fish for a ball.
These magical moments were captured for us by wildlife photographer Terry Whittaker, who travelled round the UK and Ireland to photograph bottlenose dolphins
